1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing the df88 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with any supplementary rules, policies, and guidelines published on the platform from time to time, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules.

These Terms apply to all services provided by df88, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, card games, table games, and any other betting or gaming products made available on the platform, whether accessed via desktop browser or mobile device.

2 Eligibility

• You are acting in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you are accessing the platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

df88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the df88 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of the name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method used. df88 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. df88 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account. You must:

• Keep your username and password strictly confidential at all times.
• Not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify df88 support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware or suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.

df88 reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where the platform suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on df88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. df88 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with df88 support. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. df88 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, though actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing times.

Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your df88 account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. df88 may at any time request documentation to verify the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.

df88 will not process deposits from or withdrawals to accounts held in the name of a third party. The registered account holder and the payment account must belong to the same individual.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

df88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

General bonus conditions that apply unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to players who have a fully verified account in good standing.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have a stated expiry period. Any uncompleted wagering requirement and any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry.
• df88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploitation of software errors, or coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent bonus conditions, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
• Only one active welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the platform.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the df88 platform are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published separately on the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted and confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation reference number. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, df88 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to your account balance.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by market, event, and account status. df88 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any account at any time.
• Odds: All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the point of bet placement. The odds confirmed at the time of bet acceptance are the final odds applicable to that bet.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, obvious pricing errors, technical faults, or where df88 has reasonable grounds to believe a bet was placed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms. Voided bets are refunded at the stake amount.
• In-Play Betting: In-play betting is offered on selected events. Live odds are updated in real time and may be suspended or withdrawn at any time during an event. df88 is not liable for delays between in-play events and odds updates.
• Settlement: Bet settlement is based on official results from the relevant sporting authority or governing body. df88 reserves the right to delay settlement pending confirmation of official results.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the df88 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, all balances and pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation, and any winnings voided:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's software to derive an unfair benefit.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of any sporting event.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform simultaneously.

df88 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and relevant regulatory bodies in investigating and reporting suspected fraudulent or criminal activity. Any funds identified as being connected to prohibited conduct may be withheld and/or reported to the relevant authorities.

8 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the df88 platform are the exclusive property of df88 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the df88 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from df88.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any platform content or software.
• Use df88's trademarks, logos, or brand identity in any manner without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on any other website or digital medium.

Any unauthorised use of df88's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by df88.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

df88 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account and using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

df88 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no digital transmission or storage system is entirely secure, and df88 cannot guarantee absolute security.

df88 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. 10 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits df88's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Amendments to These Terms

df88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform functionality, or business policy.

Where changes are material, df88 will provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent notice on the platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via the contact details held on their account. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to a material change in these Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request the closure of your account and withdrawal of any available balance by contacting support at [email protected] prior to the effective date of the change.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law and the terms of the platform's operating framework.

In the event of any dispute between you and df88, you agree to first contact df88 customer support at [email protected] and provide df88 with a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. df88 will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any complaint within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and df88 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, or warranties, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.
